Limited Warranty

Chalk’s rebuilt units are covered against failure for 12 months from the date of sale. Keep all identification tags attached to the unit, as they are required for warranty identification.

Our warranty is designed to protect against failure of Chalk’s rebuilt units. Damage caused by accidents, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance or abuse is not covered. Please contact Chalk’s if you have questions about coverage before repairs are made.

If a rebuilt unit fails, contact Chalk’s Truck Parts before any work is performed. Our team will explain the return and inspection process and determine whether the failure qualifies for warranty coverage.

Prior authorization from Chalk’s Truck Parts is required before repairs are made to a warranted unit. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty, so please contact us before proceeding with any work.
